you've got to be kidding me. how are we supposed to be the best we can be without actually trying to achieve our goals? i want to be a good fighter, and being built like jeff monson would help a whole hell of a lot. maybe i should just give up and sit on the coach with some beer and chips, is that a better way to "be myself"? you're just one of those people looking for an excuse to not lift weights. like those fatties who say "i'm happy with who i am, i enjoy being clinically obese, premature death is fun" because they're too weak to do anything about it.
Dear god that is disgusting. ^ I second (third? fourth?) the motion for thin and muscular. Huge dudes look funny. But then again, I'm 6'3 190lbs... so a little biased.
lol. Man you're skinny. It wont hurt to weigh enough so that look like you workout though eh. I mean, with all the effort I put into my weight training, I at least want to look like I ever touched a weight.
agreed withthe sentiment I want to see it too me 5'11'' and 203 at under 10%bf I am geting faily close to my goal.... I'll agree batista is bigger than I'd like to be plus.. if I got that big I'd always have to fight heavy weight and at 5'11".. facing 6'4" 250+ pound dudes ... well.. I'm not delusional.. I'd rather fight down a class
i have a feeling you're giving yourself too much credit...6'3 and 190? my workout parter's 6'0 and 190, and he still looks skinny. you must be twiggy.
Yay, let's all be a shredded 135lbs I always find these threads funny because there are so many people who will say "I don't want to look like that" as though it's really easy. Even those aiming for a more conservative physique will often never get there.
I've always tried to get this density and symmetry. His body looks better than most pro bodybuilders. They should have used him to play beast in X-men!
Nope. And even if I did, dont care. I'd rather look like Brad Pitt than a barrel chested "big boned" guy any day. Chicks dont dig it. A mix between ecto and meso body types is a great build in my opinion.
EDIT: Pablo that was just wrong! LOL. I'll jump on the Brad Pitt bandwagon, but I'd pick his Troy physique. Bit more muscular, IMO. I've got "long" muscles, so I don't get the nice cut physique that I crave, no matter how much I lift, or so it seems. Thanks Mom for my rotten genetics! :bang: LOL
