    Just a simple log of my simple training. Bodyweight and MMA. At home with my pull bar and in the MMA gym.

    Today

    2 mile run

    40 pull ups
    20 hanging leg raises
    40 dips
    20 hanging leg raises

    Swimming

    Later...

    Stretches:
    -Anterior chain
    -Posteria chain
    -Lateral chain

    Shadow box

    Is that 40 reps in one set of pull ups? That's serriously impressive dude.

    I wish, haha but no, just as many as I can each set until I hit 40. But 18 strict pull ups is my max reps.

    18 is good going man, 40 is a decent amount of volume too! So you hitting like roughly 4 sets for all 40?

    Yeah 4 sets mainly, 3 sets sometimes. I like to do German volume sets with pull ups and dips when I'm up for it. 10x10.

    Don't normally do weights but no one believed I could bench 100kg, peer pressure haha.

    Today's workout

    12 min run
    2x6 80kg bench
    1x4 100kg bench PR
    60 pull ups (10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 6, 6)
    4x10 toe to bar
    10 min run
    10 min bike

    Some HeSPU SS with upside down shrugs

    Trifecta of chains holds and stretching

    Grumpy low effort day...

    14 min run
    Calf raises

    AFAP - 2 rounds
    6 wide pull ups
    6 dips
    8 chin ups
    8 toe to bar
    4 wide pull ups
    4 dips
    6 chin ups
    6 toe to bar

    Core work:
    -Planks
    -crunches
    -bicycles
    -hollow rocks
    -twists

    Trifecta of chain holds and stretching

    Later I'm gonna practice MMA movements before bed.

    Today was suppose to be my mma day but i am away for the week that's why I have been doing weights. Since I hit my pr on the bench, I wanted to try my other free weight pr's. dam the deadlift killed me and hindered my squat.

    Today's workout

    10 min bike
    10 min run

    Deadlifts (1 rep each) in KG
    -80
    -100
    -120
    -140
    -150 PR!!!!!

    Squats in KG
    -8x60
    -2x100
    -8x60

    Clean and press in KG
    -4x30
    -1x60
    -1x60
    -4x36 (dumbells)

    10 min cross trainer

    -Padwork focusing on body position
    -Controlled sparring with joint locks

    Muay Thai

    -Padwork focus on kicks

    Tri burpees to warm up
    2x8 Pull Ups
    2x4 HeSPU
    2x8 Pull ups shoulder touching bar one at a time
    2x8 Toe To Bar
    2x6R+6L One Arm holding wrist Chin ups
    Back and Front Lever Attempts
    2x6R+6L One Arm Lever Push Ups
    2x4 L sit Slow Chin Ups

    Gonna go for a 16/18 Mile bike ride after wimbledon, got my route planned.
