Just thought I'd leave this here. I can't even remember how many times I've watched this. It still gives me goosebumps. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7oowhw_pBU"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7oowhw_pBU[/ame] If I could throw hooks with half the venom of "The turbine from hell" I'd be a happy man.
I loved watching him fight. What an inspiration. He was so young to go so early. But we will always remember him.
I'll admit I wasn't familiar with the name, but saw the news on facebook and on here and did some reading, death is never a good thing, but its sadder still when the person is so young and has been an inspiration to many! RIP!
OH MY GOD!!! WHAT ON EARTH CAUSED THIS??? I read the article NO INFO on what caused his death. He was my inspiration when I first started Muay Thai this JUST CANNOT BE I guess you are never garunteed anything in this world :*( r.i.p. to the legend RAMON DEKKERS we love you forever
Damn. RIP Diamond Dekkers, my thoughts go out to his family and friends. He was the main inspiration for me to start training muay thai. So shocking that he died so young, it just reinforces the idea that you should spend your time doing the things you enjoy with the people you love, as you never know what will happen tomorrow. Very sobering.
