The US Supreme Court upholds Obamacare and stikes down most of immigration law. What does this mean for America?
Also, Romeny says he will repeal Obamacare if elected, but i hear his helath care plan is pretty similair. So is he just saying what his party wants to hear?

But then i also hear Romney is saying his previous healthcare plan, the one he instituted in Mass was a mistake and he wants a more common sense approach. Or something like that.

    Romney's plan isn't similar, it's fundamentally identical.

The SCOTUS rulings aren't that surprising.

The Arizona law was clearly unconstitutional in the way it removed the Federal governments power to regulate immigration. It should have been a 9-0 decision, but let's face it, Darth Scalia votes with the Empire no matter how clear cut the case.

The ACA decision was a bit more interesting and was probably more a case of Roberts not wanting to utterly destroy the Courts credibility as a judicial body. Before the case began, 19 of 21 constitutional scholars expected the mandate to be upheld, so all Roberts did was do what he is supposed to do - follow the law.

As for Romney - he's a scumbag liar, but since that is a synonym for politician, should anyone be too surprised?
