Darn time!!! how did you get hold of my picture?!?!?!?
Anytime mate! I have yet to figure out why so many people are concerned with being big and not flexible. Most of us will never be as big as Platz and Vandamme never had an issue with doing a full split.
Yeh, there was a guy who i used to train with when i did karate.
He was big, but big as in fat, he was big guy so he carried it well.
He was one of the best kickers ive ever trained with, looks are deceiving.
thx for the advices guys but am quiet happy with the way i look,and for now am concentrating to work on my upper body.
Do you not want harder, faster kicks? Do you not want to run faster and jump higher? I find it strange that anyone interested in MA would not be interested in developing these attributes.
training legs is hard work and plus, nobody asks you to flex your quads
