    Great BF% and abs. Now, put some size on your chest, arms, and, I am going to make a guess here, legs! You obviously have your diet in check for maintain a low BF percentage but I worry about building and maintaining muscle mass.

    Time to consider a clean bulk mate!

    It all dpends on what your goal is. If you goal was to be sculpted and lean, I would say you've one well....

    Your profile says kickboxing and kungfu, are you trying to maintain a certain weight for a specific division etc.? Whatever you're doing it shows you have the discipline to work on your body.

    Most people post pics of their abs and arms but leave out the leg pics for obvious reasons...they dont train legs ;)
