Would anyone care to enlighten me on who said the following quote and the exact wording of it?

“A belt only covers two inches of your butt, the rest you have to cover yourself.”

My belt covers 2 inches of my waist and not my butt.

Unless I've been wearing wrong all these years

 

I think it was someone from the UFC.

 

If memory serves I think it was a Gracie!

 

I'd tell them to pull their belt up a bit and tie it better

I think that's attributed to Rorion Gracie. I'm not positive though.
