Quick healthy breakfast

    Hard-boiled eggs in a ziplock baggie. Every few nights, boil a half-dozen, shell them, and put them in baggies in the fridge.

    Oats or cereals is still my best bet, I'm doing the nestle 14 day challenged right now i hope it'll work.

    I've just bought one of these, so I can have protein fruit smoothies for breakfast occasionally:

    It comes with it's own sports bottle, so you don't have to mess around with lots of washing up.

    My plan is to do mixed fruit, a scoop of protein powder and some yoghurt/coconut milk/peanut butter for fat and maybe add some oats too.

    Before working the over nights, I use to make my own fruit cups a couple days in advance. I would eat it in the car on my way to work.

    I've heard of flax oil being added? I'm hoping I'll find out why now :)
