Can anyone tell me if attending one of Mr Wingrove's seminars, would I get the chance to do stuff as well as watching him do stuff? I haven't seen anything in any of the videos I've looked at that worries me greatly, apart from "do I want to spend my money on watching some guy hurt people, instead of letting me learn how to hurt people!?"

There's nothing more irritating than a training session that turn's into a load of blah blah blah...

P.S. I'm with JWT, I can say this is idea/technique is from a Koryu, or from Goju or from Bagua, what are you going to do, sue me?

The one I went to was demonstration, practice, demonstration, practice. You should get a fair degree of hands on.

    Rule No 1
People try to be helpful but there is NO substitute for actually going and seeing for yourself - be it a Terry Wingrove seminar or anything else...

Unless you don't know what you are looking at, then you can be sold any old garbage.
