hi. so basically i can do 180 degree split jerk but only when i got support. i need warmup ofcourcse but, then i need support to push myself down to 180 degree, it doesnt hurt or so, but i cant do 180 degree without support. why is it so? is it bad? what should i train? i do train weighted split jerk, thats how i got 180 degree with support.
what im doing is called hip lunge or hip lunge stretch idk. but anyways i need support to do 180 degree, so i can push myself down. and no lol i cant jump into splits, looooong way to go

Get to your lowest point, tense your stretched muscles. Walk out of your lowest stretch holding weights (a weighted vest will do).
To get to my lowest point am i aloud to use a wall for support so i ,an get lower down? What about just doing low split jerks in smith machine?
I do the normal split jerk, which is that you have weight either on ur hand or back. I have on my back then i drop to hip lunge position and get back up.
