Its clear by the #s that people just are not doing the method.
Closes to newbies in maybe 2 weeks.
This isn't some scam, is it?
The only way I can think of to do more push ups, is to do them more often.
So Jeff - are you abandoning the PUC here at MAP?
It was supposed to end soon here any way.
However I feel I was abandoned first.
People were not keeping their promise on psoting and or training.

UH...yeah sure it is...its the I dont take any money yet some how you get scammmed out of something.
I got scammed...to many people didnt keep their word.
Thanks you to those his did do The Method....as they know it works.
Seems to me Jeff that YOU lost interest before they did.
Well Im still doing it elsewhere so I still have interest.
The #s show me people are not doing the method and people are not posting weekly #s.
It will continue elsewhere under more control.

I practice for testing for one week and see what happens!
Anyways, it fealt more like home work than training for me. I love to work out but I didnt feel like spending the whole night doing it.
( I am surfing or working or training all day.....)

Was it because it interfered with your other training committments? That's partly why I didn't sign-up; the thought of that extra toll on the arms did not fit with continuing my normal routine.
It didn't interfere so much with other training just other commitments. Hence why it's been so long since I last posted. I did it for 2 1/2 weeks and only gained 3 to 4 pushups. Seems to me that there has got to be a better way, maybe one that is just a wee bit less time consuming?
And one has to ask - why do you want to do 100 push ups anyway? To impress the girlies?
To girls: "Hey bebe, watch this" *throws down 100 pushups* "hey foxy, look, I'm all sweaty now. whatcha' say you and me go hit the shower togeather."
*gets slaped in the face*

Bloke:"Hey! watch me do 100 pushups"
Bloke's friend:"what's the point? why are you behaving like a jerk?"
Girl's friend:"let's go away and drink. This loser can do as many pushups as he wants"

don't know about you guys, but the method worked for me FTL was harder than hell, but i am now at 90 form 30 when i started that's wioth a week off due to the flu, so all i can say is the method worked for me never felt this good
