so, from the muscles right below my left ear, down to the top of my left shoulder, i have this horrible cramped pain. I believe it's a pulled muscle, nothing more serious than that i'm almost certain. Anyway, anyone have any advice to speed up my recovery? I'm taking the day off training, hurt's too friggin bad to be doing side press and deadlift all day long, but aside from giving it a break, anyone know what I can do?
