Anyone here got any ideas for how to avoid burnout, other than resting? Here's the situation. Over the past three months or so I've been training in class pretty much daily for an hour and a half, three hours some days. Then I've been doing the same at home or at the gym for two-to three more hours. I woke up this morning and felt like I was going to fall apart. Any suggestions?
no suggestions jimmy....it's same for everyone...just remeber that pretty chick in class(or in park in my case ) ..u'll be up in no time -TkdWarrior-

"As for burnouts, I believe time takes care of it." No...only a spirit(girl) can take care of that... -TkdWarrior-

Nice article, very helpful and I've printed myself off a copy, but I was referring to physical rather than mental burnout.
LOL! I have an extensive collection. Someone will say or ask something that jogs my memory of articles I've read a long time ago but sometimes I have trouble finding the one I'm looking for.
Use common sense and listen to your body. Yeah, I know, as we get older it tends to complain more. LOL!
yea i thought the same too ckd...physical burnout... but still those methods can be used too... i m the one who changes training techniques once too often..so i know...it always burn out then trying new things helps.. -TkdWarrior-
Hmmm, perfect balance although there is a soft heart protected by that rough and tough interior. LOL!
