Ed Parker Jr. is the son of the late Edmund Parker Sr., founder of American Kenpo. Ed Jr. is a very accomplished commercial artist, and has done portraits of many of the notables in the kenpo community. a few other samples of his work: http://www.americankarate.com/trio.jpg http://priceskenpo.com/seminars.htm http://www.chinesekaratefederation.com/page/page/201594.htm He had a website, but it appears to be down at the moment. He is also the artist who did the cover to "The Journey", which is about many of Edmund Sr.s blackbelts. Having seen the Presas protrait up close, its a def. work of art. Now, to just get famous enough so I can get mine done.
'Allo! Thanks for the welcome. Both Mike Casto and Tim Hartman say good things about y'all, so I figured I better stop lurkin and start typin. Got some nice stuff here. (I -Love- the arcade...way cool!)
isn't that too expensive? Hi board, i think that is a liitle bit to expensive, for such a picture of a dead master. Am i wrong? Not really! Greetings commander www.NECOPA.de
Re: isn't that too expensive? Not really when you consider that Ed jr's portrait of his father starts at $600 for a 13"x19" framed one.
