I used to be a huge Linux fanatic, but I don't like the direction the Linux desktop is heading. I miss the old days of Linux (must explain my Gentoo installs...).
I enjoyed this thread, so I'm bringin' it back. This is one I made myself. Found a nice picture and added the text
I took this Photo in South Dakota, September 2010. It is my current wallpaper on my macbookpro. June Screenshot by Clayton Søby, on Flickr

Mine's pretty I took this pic. My own pic, in 2009 i think, of a blue morpho butterfly at a butterfly exhibit. (yes the butterflies were alive and had a good life and people could walk among hundreds of fluttering butterflies. gorgeous.)
This thread is a real trip down memory lane! I read the first couple of pages, and half the posters have either been banned or disappeared. Brought back some memories of the old days!
I generally flit between various mma and dark fantasy art wallpapers but this was badass so meh. And yes I play the sims. In my defence i got the add ons in a Humble Bundle. Don't judge me.
Bit of a work in progress on my second screen, got things to line up, move around and potentially add.
