Everyone knows plyometrics are a good way to increase explosive power. That's why I do them. My question though is how should they be worked when it comes to sets and reps? I've heard 5x12 (Setsx reps) is a good way to work them?

Or should the sets be done to failure as often when I'm doing things like medicine ball slams or depth push ups on the 5x12 I feel as though I have alot left in the tank after.

    Thanks for any replies.
