I wear glasses and I got punched by a guy in the face once in high school and my glasses fell. I was blind as a bat right then. Luckily the glasses didn't break and stabbed me in the eyes. Anyone got any ideas on how to deal the wearing glasses? Anyone here wear glasses? it's annoying and hinders MA training. :bang: Sigh......

Glasses Wear conatact lenses and when u wear glasses train in something like wingchun which promotes sensitivety and use of triangle theory so the attacker won't get near your glasses. defense occurs at half arm distance form your face. The sensitivity developed is through touch so you can feel your attackers intentions early enough to do something about them. Try Kamon wing chun :Angel:
