I heard a rumour quite a while back which has now been confirmed. Sensei K. Enoeda has recently passed away. I have no info but would be interested in anything anyone may know. Sensei Enoeda was known throughout the world for his Shotokan supremacy with the JKA and KUGB. He was my first real role model, somebody I admired when I started all those years ago up, until, well still admire today.
Passing of a Master. Oes Telsun, It was indeed sad news which greeted the martial arts world, when "Shihan:" Keinosuke Enoeda (8th Dan), passed throught the veil into the big universal dojo, on 29th March 2003. We all mourn the passing of this International Martial Arts Icon. Sad news indeed. I only met him once and that was err.... a tale for another day under the circumstances. He has a major inspiration to many people here in the UK and obviously a man a great strength and character.
