Can you tell me which fight you are talking about? I haven't had a chance to watch the whole thing yet but I want to be sure I see catch in action.

 

I imagine that'd be the Barnett/Lister fight.

Jeff glover vs baret yoshida was awesome.

 

Although not as much hype around this Metamoris, I enjoyed it every bit as much as the last one (WAR BARNETT!!!)

My only critique was the "secret match" - it was a bit "meh" when announced.....one wonders if a bigger one fell through. The match was good though so shouldn't really complain

That was one dominate performance!!!

 

Is that submission he used (the catch wrestler) legal in Judo, BJJ and MMA? My daughter is a headlocker and loves that position.

 

MMA yes....BJJ it would depend on whether they view it as a crank or not

 

illegal in judo when done like that, but a good kesa will supress the breathing without cranking the neck.

Which is legal in any grappling style.

 

But where's the fun in that?
