Hi there. I'm Oldmike because I'm both a: old (60) and b: named Mike MA wise, over the years I've done tai chi, arnis and tae kwon do and a bit of judo. My main art is Tae kwon do for the last twenty years taught by an old Korean instructor from the old Song Moo Kwan. He was on the pattern committee that developed the Tae Gueks. I teach class a few times a week and afterward the old instructor takes me into his office and critiques my teaching My four children and I started out together when they ranged from about 6 to 12 so if anyone has questions about training with your own children, I'd be happy to help. I've check out a lot of posts in this forum and I have found a wonderful absence of flaming and disrespect which is a pleasant surprise.
