August 04, 2017 - morning Something strange happened today. I have had no desire to do the Traditional Yang long form for quite sometime now but this morning hat seemed to change Stated WCCC short form, but got the desire to do the yang Long form. so I stopped and did the form, and much to my surprise I had not forgotten any of it. Focused more on breathing that normal though WCCC Short form (Partial) Yang Traditional long form Sun 73 form Also with the Sun form, I always stand in Sun Lutang's version of wuji for a couple minutes. Today I just let things flow and 10 minutes later I was ready to start the 73 form. August 04, 2017 - evening Likely nothing this evening, I have to go to a classical orchestra concert.

08/08/2017 morning Did not sleep well last night, woke up this morning and my legs were tired, I think due to all the Taijiquan I have been doing of late as well as the squats. 08/08/2017 I changed my workout a bit because of Van Zandt's post; Nice vintage clip of Superfoot I work light so I increased the reps Evening Resistance Bands and Dumbbell workout (added standing chet flys) 10 at 3 reps per exercise Taijiquan; Beijing 24 form

Well it looks like I will be teaching Taijiquan again, my own official class for the first time in about 15 years, starting in October.... I have been asked to tone it down a bit and not do so much with applications..... apparently my reputations proceeds me (someday maybe I'll tell you about the local Chen school that wanted a push hands class )...but then my wife owns the place and she know me and tells me.... and her family in China... Been a long time since I trained a hard style. I will post how it goes if I survive the class.
