    Something strange happened today. I have had no desire to do the Traditional Yang long form for quite sometime now but this morning hat seemed to change

    Stated WCCC short form, but got the desire to do the yang Long form. so I stopped and did the form, and much to my surprise I had not forgotten any of it. Focused more on breathing that normal though

    Sun 73 form

    Also with the Sun form, I always stand in Sun Lutang's version of wuji for a couple minutes. Today I just let things flow and 10 minutes later I was ready to start the 73 form.

    Did not sleep well last night, woke up this morning and my legs were tired, I think due to all the Taijiquan I have been doing of late as well as the squats. So I decided to do nothing this morning, but after breakfast I caught myself falling alsleep in my chair, so I decided I had to do something, but I did not want to stress my legs to much..so I did a Yoga set plus some abs work

    Mountain to forward to Standing back bend 3X
    Standing side bend, left/right 3X
    Side Bend mountain right/left, hold for 3 breathes each
    Windshield wiper - Savasana

    Recling Leg lift with strap right

    I changed my workout a bit because of Van Zandt's post; Nice vintage clip of Superfoot
    I work light so I increased the reps

    Well it looks like I will be teaching Taijiquan again, my own official class for the first time in about 15 years, starting in October.... I have been asked to tone it down a bit and not do so much with applications..... apparently my reputations proceeds me (someday maybe I'll tell you about the local Chen school that wanted a push hands class :D)...but then my wife owns the place and she know me and tells me.... and her family in China... I am martial arts crazy....

    Tonight i the night, I give Krav Maga a try, I am excited and nervous. Been a long time since I trained a hard style. I will post how it goes if I survive the class.

    I liked it, but now I am thinking I might give the other Krav Maga school a try and go back and give the JKD school a try.

    Toe Touch stretch - hold 2 minutes @ level 5 (did not actually touch toes, I am not that flexible these days)
