My daughter has a nintendo DS, with it she got a cartridge preloaded with games.

all the games have worked fine, but now it's stopped; it just goes white and has menu? in red.

Can someone please help me? I've no clue whatsoever.

I pulled out the little memory card and did a virus check on my laptop, none. and I'm not getting anything saying it's corrupt or anything.

I am a novice with computers, know nothing about downloading or consoles. My wee lass is gutted :(

What was the name of the cartridge? Did it have a support email address?

It sounds like the software on the cartridge itself is corrupted. Probably not a virus you need to worry about.

I'm not going to recommend reflashing the cartridge - you'd need the right hardware and I hesitate to recommend piracy. Best bet would be to contact the company who sold you it, or buy game cartridges from a legitimate company - you can get second hand ones fairly cheap these days.
