So, update. Today was the promotion, and I was asked to demo.
Performed Ripping Tiger (Dance 4) although I wanted to perform Twin Dragons (dance 9). Received my tips so im officially a 1st Degree . The start of a long long journey as an oreo (black belt with the mentality of a white belt in terms of so many things to learn and improve on)
