Hello I've been searching all around but I can't find any reliable sources so I hope somebody here could give me a little help. I live in NYC - Manhatten near Queens and was wondering if anybody could recommend a good martial arts school. I was going to the gym but I wasn't motiviated watching muscle bound jocks working out in front of my skinny frame. I've never had any martial arts training but I want to learn to get in shape. I just want to learn self-defense and get in shape. Since i've never actually had any training I wanted to start simple so as to not get killed.
