    Hi folks,

so ive been messing about trying to create a new routine that is mainly bodyweight, spent more time planning than actually doing which is pretty shameful - anyway ive come up with a routine which im gonna do for 4 weeks then review the exercises incase i need to put in harder ones or maybe easier ones - ive made the routine up from mainly stuff from Ross Enamiats Never Gymless and Paul Wades convict conditioning - i have made 2 workouts which i will alternate between.

Workout A - starts with a pyramid set of pull ups done 3 times

    A1. Diamond Pushups 4 x 5
    A2. Straight Bridges 4 x 5
    B1. Close grip pull ups 4 x 5
    B2. Medicine ball squats 4x5
    C1. Wall handstands 4 x 30secs
    C2. Weighted calf raises 4 x 10

Workout B - starts with a pyramid set of pushups done 3 times

    A1. Weighted chin ups 4 x 5
    A2. Straight Bridges 4 x 5
    B1. Uneven Pushups 4 x 5
    B2. Uneven Squats 4 x 5
    C1. Pike Press 4 x 5
    C2. One leg calf raise 4 x 20

the A1 and A2 etc represent supersets which will be done 5 times, and both routines will be followed by a core workout and then a bridge hold variation, L hold variation and a twist hold variation.

If anyone has any pointers or suggestions as to where i have gone wrong or where it can be improved please let me know, sorry for writing so much if you got this far

    Cheers

Add in some reverse crunches for ab work.
Also you could cycle through many different kindnps of pushups.
