Netflix has commissioned bjj movie

    Thought the bjj community would be interested, posted on FB today, Netflix has commissioned a movie on the Gracie story titled dead or alive, and covers the story from the Judo days.

    Its based on a book, that is available only in Portugese, written by one of the Gracies.

    So it will be utterly truthful, accurate and contain no hyperbole at all?
    Looking forward to seeing skeletal Helio weighing 90lb's and beating 300lb gorillas in 5 hour matches. :)

    helio lost to kimura though. lol

    so the one character that i think would make an amazing movie is carlson. now that guy was intense.

    Wow, today I saw (for my first time) the trailer for "John Wick 3" and I was all, "Dude! That's awesome!" And now I get this news, too! Suh-weet!
    And yes, I expect that if it's from a book written by the Gracies, there will be some "artistic license" here and there, but, come on -- I watch Bruce Lee movies, too! :D:p:D
