Well, I for one am shocked that this story had two sides to it.

 

That sounds pretty plausie and detailed- far better than the opening gambit by the OP

 

I take both their stories to be true and neither should be teaching KM.

 

Just to put a spin, can either of you link a KM site or org that has somewhat a decent program.....

Without exception the good KM guys I have met have solid pedigrees in other systems

That alone should be a clue

 

Do they claim KM is the best?
