I'm just devising a circuit for tomorrow night at my mma place and thought it might be good for everyone to name their favourite and/or most evil circuit exercises. Personally I really like medicine ball throws and sprawls- so throw ball to other person and immediately sprawl. I hate wall walks though but do particularly enjoy a good gnp on the dummy/bag. Anyone got any really good cicuits they want to share? I have a fair few in mind but always good to hear other people's. My main aim is to get a good all round mma specific circuit planned. And to try and make Jamie be a little bit sick too
How about burpee then pullup? We dont have a pullup bar at the gym so we threw some kind of handle over a bag bracket which was high up so did the burpee then had to jump up for the pullup. I had to jump onto a heavy bag on its side to get up then kept pulling the hanlde off
