I thought i would start one so here it is . Bo Staff Practice For 30 Minute's 1 Hour Stretch 3 Hour's Of Iron Palm Training 100 Push Up's 100 Pull Up's 100 Sit Up's This is all through Out the day not all at one time. So does anyone Have Anything Else i can add .
100 PULL UPS? video please... edit: wait, just read the "through the day" part. how do you spread the sets and reps?
Hurm I am not that Flexible yet though. And i really Like Making my Hand's Harder i Find Iron Palm the funnest part . Though i don't do Iron Palm Every day.I take a day to 2 day's Off after i do it because my hand's get sore. And i do 10 Of each,each 30 Minute's And i do 10 set's of each.
