I enjoyed it, a good read and nice to know other peoples thoughts on the various arts. I would have loved for you to go into more detail though, perhaps describing critical events in you're training where you had those all too evasive "moments of clarity", perhaps where you finally figured something out that hadn't made sense before hand. Perhaps that sort of thing would help readers understand more about what you got out of each of the arts you practiced? Just a suggestion though, very good read anyway James.
