What music do you guys like to listen to when you train?

I'm trying to build up a library of music to go on my iPhone when I'm down at the gym, so any song or album recommendations are much appreciated.

Open to any genre. If you've got time post a YouTube link etc. :D

I don't use music when I train. The gym owners play it, so I tolerate it. But if I were to do so, I would use the Concerto Suite for electric guitar and orchestra. Bit of Linkin Park, or Korn always puts me in mode when on the bag or doing some weights or anything fast and aggressive really...

Cro-Mags of course! ;) First album, Age of Quarrel, and the demo version of the album, Before the Quarrel. Songs about violence sang by a bunch of Hare Krishnas! (Im not joking)

It depends on what I'm doing. If I'm training fighting skill I like to listen to rap. Angry, mean hearted, aggressive rap. DMX, Bone Crusher, Lil John & the Eastside Boys, etc. . .

I like rap when lifting weights too, but not as much as rock music. Things like Rage Against the Machine, Five Finger Death Punch, or Avenged Sevenfold.

Running has to be dub step of any kind : P.

Depends what I'm doing. If it's shadow sparring, bag work or anything similar then I don't go with anything. I find it too much of a distraction and prefer to listen to the sound of me dying from a lack of fitness :p.

If I'm lifting weights then most times I prefer stuff like Blind Guardian, Sonata Arctica, Korn, Cradle of Filth, stuff like that.

I don't listen to any music when I train because I don't really want to pick up a predictable rhythm

Not that I have any idea what the songs say because I don't speak German but Ramstein always helped when I was lifting.
