Do you have it? While working on the Ouchi-Kouchi combination with my partner on Tuesday, and not quite getting the feel of it, my teacher said 'you need mushin'. I thought I knew what this was but had to look it up when I got home. I am encouraged that such concepts are still mentioned in a more sport oriented MA. I think he meant I was thinking too much about how to do the movement rather than going with the intent and a more empty unfocussed mind, but open to other interpretations....
