No worries. If you think the TKD guy in the video you first posted was not affected by the low kicks at all, more power to you.
In sparring at my current club we do 3 minute rounds with 30 second break between. I find it heavy, i dont want those 30 seconds to end. I cycle 80 miles a week to work and back and concider myself strong and getting stronger. My legs are strong, as an ITF practitioner they are conditioned to be strong. If someone kicks my legs for 1 minute of the 3 minute round i dont think i'd last. Take my tools away and im done.
All this debate about Thai low kicks and they hardly use them nowadays lol
For anyone interested, I'm fairly sure the thai here is actually changpuek kiatsongrit, the same thai from the fight in the initial video.
