Hi Guys, I was having a conversation with a friend recently who invited me to attend a seminar in something she called 'Moo Gi Gong', I cant say that i have ever heard of it but she described it as a Korean Weapons Art. A quick google search didn't really help. So i turn to you good people for answers . Is this something any of you have practised? Thanks Guys. Regards Artemisia
Seems to me that it's better to have a logical and cohesive core to the system, that enables the student to apply concepts, strategies and technique in multiple situations. Rather than having to learn all those.
