If your goal is RBSD, is Weapons training not an important area to study?

Absolutely, thats why we are told to go train in Kali.

    So do you?

That's what I'm asking all MMA people.

Not only that, but how real is your weapons training?

    I certainly do.

My fighting days are over, so my MMA training is really about having fun and learning.

It has freed up some time to experience more things, which includes Kali.

Is it realistic? Very good question. Unlike my MMA training, its hard to test in a realistic environment. When we wear protection, the "life threatening" aspect doesnt exist.....

But we train hard, and the techniques are simple and effective for "live" training.

One of the points I was getting at!

    Well said.
