Which MMA schools/gyms would you say have the best reputation for turning out good fighters?
Definitely Miletich Fighting Systems tops the list, IMO. Their roster is stacked, and all of their fighters are very well rounded.
Pat Miletich, Jeremy Horn, Tim Sylvia, and of course Matt Hughes are just a few of the accomplished fighters out of MFS.
Any useful links, other suggestions?
I don't get satellite or cable, so I'm a little out of touch I feel.
Yeah. I agree with 1ONEFighting. I'm a member of a Miletich affiliate.
Also Jens Pulver is a tough lightweight from Miletich Fighting Systems.
Some other ones:
Team Quest, Lion's Den, Beverly Hills Jiu-Jitsu, American Top Team, Straight Blast Gym
And how did I forget Jens Pulver?
chute boxe vale tudo i guess. they're pretty dominant in pridefc.
How do you create a good team?
Recruit top notch wrestlers and teach them a stand-up game. That's what Miletich has done and continues to do. It's what the pretty much ALL do anymore.
Yo Trent, could you scale that sig picture of yours down a little? It's a bit distracting having to scroll past it every time you post. Thanks
