Damn - have won a chance to go to a listening party in Manchester tonight. Three problems.

    1) Have now heard the album countless times. Why couldn;t it have been a few weeks ago.
    2) Free beer. I am driving, and have work in the morning.
    3) Free food. I am on a diet.

Oh well, guess I might be able to force a morsel down!!

Don't forget to watch CD:UK on Saturday and look for me at the front!

Go for it bud - life's too short to miss out on stuff you can't repeat.

Re: P2P downloading... After what Metalicca did to Napster I have no qualms about downloading their songs. Lars is an a$$hole (I mean really, how much Coke do you need?).

Song confused the hell out of me the first few times I heard it. I didn't know what it was and I thought that they were saying "say tango" instead of St. Anger. I really need to keep up with the music scene a bit more.

Did u see Korn, Limp Bizkit and Avril Lavigne doing Metalicca covers on MTV. Was very good and the Avril Lavigne version of Fuel was erm interesting! Better than when she did chop suey at least :D

Not a Korn fan, but I did like their version of One. Pity they couldn;t continue past the solo hehehe. Thought all the rest were terrible, and the less said about Avril the better.

Watch CD:UK Saturday. Should have been last week, but they apparently changed the dates.

    Hey Mum, I'm on TV.

    Korn - Hmmm......

Absolutely adore their 1st CD - and like each subsequent one less.

Clown and Faget are on my "essential" list :D

This is Awesome! I highly recommend you download these songs. It's not The Beatles, and it's not Metallica, it's Beatallica! :D :D :D :D

They had a similar evolution to Metallica, sounding so raw at first, then becoming maybe more..... commercial?

Whats the name of Korns first Album, I've got Clown somewhere, that is a great track!

Well, BlackRaven is here with the latest Metallica news.

For those that don't know, Metallica are headlining the Donnington Download Festival in June on one of the 2 nights (Linkin Park is doing the other night). No other confirmed guests yet. There is also a Download Festival with the same guestlist in Scotland somewhere. Tickets on pre-sale now (before general public) from Ticketmaster.

They're coming to Oz again too. There was an interview with Lars on Triple J and when questioned about the line up of songs he said there'd be only a little of the new stuff because they aren't used to playing it yet! At least he's honest...

Honest yeah, but I don't trust him. Get Het' to say it and I'd be happy :)
