Do you do workouts or just try stuff throughout the day?

I tried doing pullups gtg to increase my numbers, but I felt realy tired all the time.

i have trouble committing to workouts since i work out alone and i just can't be assed to do stuff with regularity (and when i finally managed to get an exercise partner my slow recovery times screwed that up royally and i stupidly ended up stopping), so i just kinda work out randomly. which reminds me i need to look for nearby gyms now that i'm in a new apartment.

Fish- you have the same problem I do on the left leg. Apparently the cure is negatives and partials.

    Welldone.

When you descend on your left leg your right leg moves towards it, i think this would shift the weight towards your adductors. Maybe thinking of keeping the right leg out wards or more straight ahead would help your balance.

What you don't realise is that wall is only 6 feet tall :p.

PS. Hips closer to the wall if you want to do it like a climber. Core and muscles local to the hip will feel very strange for a while but makes it easier on the arms and legs.

hahaha! will keep that in mind next time i go. they also have a motorized one that's kind of like a vertical treadmill. need to try that one if i can figure out how to turn it on.
