Ok so I've just got a job so looking to throw some money at some more lessons a week only to find out the kickboxing class i was doing is moving about- get back to 3 days training martial arts- anybody recommend any good schools in the redhill/crawley bracket that has sparring- I'm thinking of adding something like muay thai or bjj to increase time sparring, but I'm open to other suggestions if there's a good school I'm not aware of.
Mick Dempster teaches Muay Thai out East Grinstead way...... HIGHLY recommended Edit: Lingfield not Easy Grin....although Easy Grin has Dog Brothers there now which is braggable
