Anyone have any knowledge of good quality places to train in or around Swansea? I'm looking for competitiive places whether it be Judo, BJJ, MMA or striking. I've found a couple of places online but I was wondering if anyone had first hand (or second) knowledge of anywhere?

My brother in law trained here for a few months before he started playing football for local team. The workouts were intense and were exactly what he was looking for. So would agree with Teflon above.
