    So, how many people total participated in this MAP meet?

    And is Chadderz ever going to explain the meaning of the Pink Belt? I can't imagine any system actually gives out pink belts - do they?

    The Sifu from our Mira Mesa location once had a fundraising seminar for Breast Cancer and gave out pink sashes to all participants. That is the only time I have ever seen a pink belt/ sash before.

    I really wish I could have been there!

    I was really impressed with Steve, he seemed a really genuine, decent guy who loved to teach and was right on top of his game. Anyone near him should seek him out.

    Sharing this clip from last night's training Tomoe-Nage to Arm Bar

    I really liked the tomoe-nage to arm bar that Ian showed so took away the concept and worked on it last night

    The set up is a little different in my art which changes the angles a bit, but it seemed to fit together OK. Of course we added a little ninjering for good measure :)

    Looks excellent, shame I couldn't attend but had a 3 yr olds birthday party - maybe next year I can demonstrate my techniques for disarming an attacker who has a slice of chocolate cake in their hand :)
