    Okay now we're screwed.

    Unreal Combat has officially offered to take a session, so now as we have someone who can touch his toes and do more than 5 push ups we best get training.

    I'll start off by finishing this cake.

    I'm honoured.

    Do they have thai pads down there or will I need to bring a few pairs down myself? Not a problem if I do , I have access to about ten sets, I just need to know in advance what I will need for the day.

    Out of interest what do they have down there in general?

    On the unlikely off chance there's any issues I will run combo drills instead. Will be good fun regardless! :)

    I've spoken to Ian Rose and he supports the charity that helped him as a child and it's the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust.

    This is the charity that we'll be raising funds for.

    A worthy cause I'm sure you'll agree.

    Provisionally OK as long as it doesnt clash with any tournaments as there normally is a knockdown open around that time from memory.

    Really want to make one as missed two so far....grrr

    Pfft.. best of luck to you. I could barely walk the day after my first knockdown tourney and needed my room-mate to help me dress. Let's hope you don't end up as battered as I did! :p

    If the last one was anything to go by..could barely walk after the last fight due to a 125kg monster's leg kicks. One later this year first to get out of the way.

    Really want to make the next one but want to get some competitions out of the way before I get to old.

    Janno has agreed to teach a session.

    The topic will possibly be knife and while a massive topic he's going to give you some stuff you can develop in your own time.

    I know some of you like the idea of FMA and want to know how the cross over between weapons and empty hands works and this is a chance to trying it for yourselves.
