Darn... True! I kept seeing 'push ups' for some reason. Also... My pull ups are no good either... They are horizontal. The pull up bar I have at my home I'm not using it. Later I'll update the numbers to take out my wrong push ups.
Are chin ups the same as 'horizontal' pull ups? ( the basic pull up) i do quite a bit of those each day.
I know it has been suggested before, but I think a separate thread to chart pushups would be a good idea. I often hit more than 100 in a day (in sets of 20-25, plus whatever extra I can squeeze in during training), so I could make a decent contribution to that thread. Fairly sure we do... otherwise we can subtract about 70% of my posts in this thread. Also 14,230 + 22 = 14,252
14462 + 6 = 14468 Yay, my shoulder allowed me to do 2 chin ups and 2 pull ups yesterday and 2 wide grip pull ups today!
