3000 a day needed and after how many days 2 maybe 3 and we're at 650??? Good job the timescale altered to an achievable goal
Where is patrick smith? He's all about the gymnastic training these days isn't he. Knight errant and his fellow cross fitters should help things along nicely, if Glassman allows them access to a computer
The uptake has been poor, got a few months yet before the original total becomes impossible. I'm aiming for 400 Saturday and Sunday. Might be at home next week so even more during the week
14 Also, should not have done those with a thank-god hold off the underside of the stairs. fingers = agony 652+14 = 666 666:evil:
10^6 in a year, 365 days a year = 2740 reps per day 4 days in should be circa 11,000. Soooo about 10k behind. PS. Also, for what I said previously: (pi)*10^7 seconds in a year gives the pullup per 31.5 seconds limit
So much math...my head hurts. I don't know if anyone noticed, but the goal is to do 1,000,000 by 12/21/2012...so that gives us almost 2 years
That means we're only 5k behind then, lol. I will soon be adding my bit to the total but i wouldn't expect more than about twenty a day for a while, I'm kitten weak at the mo.
Steve, I didn't know about it! Please, I beg forgiveness! Also, chin ups include the commonly known pull up too, right? Pull ups are simply chin ups with forward grips, right? If that's the case, then here's 24... 666 + 24 = 690.
I'm sick like a dog so no chins for a bit from me.. I'm not training for a week just to recover and get back to tops.
Just seen this thread, I'm too manly to do chins so you can have 42 pulls ups from me. 693+42=735 I'll have to read that Pavel article.
