hi YYB, we were working on a particular method of slipping the attack, then how that slip leads into other methods as you change the orientation of the checking arm. What methods 'feed' off your check is quite an important point. The guys in class are so much tougher than say a year ago ... beleive me they give as good as they get. Many thanks Chris

Ah I wish there was a good teacher in my area. I don't even care about fighting, but Bagua is just so beautiful to watch. Unfortunately, I don't think Houston is much a mecca for martial arts.
Nice elbow work Chris - especially early on when you circle round and attack the guy's spine OUCH! Clip reminds me a bit of the ninjutsu class I used to go to in some ways... :Angel:
