Hi All Looking for a club that does lots of controlled contact sparring around north hampshire (Alton, Basingstoke, Farnham etc) I have been taking part in sport jujitsu, which involves 'light continuous' style striking, only above the waist and most of my training has been MMA - so I am happy dropping bombs and leg kicking, but out of practice with the snappy fast stuff. If the class was at a weekend, I could go further afield Any suggestions?
