    Maiquel Jose Falcao Goncalves (http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Maiquel-Jose-Falcao-Goncalves-30304) is as well trained as anyone, but he gets sucked into a nasty situation (that he should have avoided) and gets a beating.

    Lesson - even if you are well trained, don't go looking for trouble because it might be too much to handle.
