I am currently working on my legs to give that extra bounce in my step. Anyone got any good advice on how to get a really good leg work out while avoiding crippling injuries.
my workout (sorry, short on time, i'll post reps/sets later): calf raises jump squats lunges (to all sides) really the only leg exercise you need is the squat, but lunges are good for shooting power. isolation exercises are mostly for aesthetic purposes. yeah, you know how much the ladies love those sexy calves
I love skipping. I get to my class before everyone else so I can spend some time skipping. Usually spend 20 minutes doing a boxers skip.
heh juss hold weights in yo hands and life up yo feet so u only on yo balls of yo feet and over and over...its not very hard but afta reps u can feel yo calves growin.
