What does the common first lesson of Tai Chi usually consist of? What are the first movements you learn? Anyone?
OK, well seeing as it's you Cain; Yoda and me were in the pub the other day, when he actually broke down and started crying! It hurt to see the big guy sob like that I can yell you. "Of course Yoda" I said, though........... "You realise this means no more Lycra" at which point he started to howl once more. "Here now, here now, don't worry, you'll look great in Black Satin" I said, which instantly calmed him. "You really think so" he pined. "Of course" I lied tactfully, "it'll match your pupils"
It'll take more than paper money to pry the sordid truth from Andy's lips - you COULD try a bottle of Single Malt, a fish supper and a haggis or three.

It'll depend on who's teaching Morphus, I'd expect you would leave with the first few steps of a form, but you might/should also be taught how to breathe correctly. Greyghost could advise you better.

chi kung, may be starting from Zhan Zhuang... form should not come in untill u can easily stand at least 15 minutes in Zhan ZHuang position. that's is how i did it. i did chi kung whole year before settling into form and yup it does help lot... zhan zhuan 3 circle qikung 8 piece of brocade moving chi kung/form at 1st level just movements then u can break down forms in different level push Hands -TkdWarrior-
