Simon is actually the youngest mod on MAP, he turned 19 last September, unfortunately the stress of dealing with some of the weirdos we get on MAP has made his hair fall out and aged him considerably. It's not an easy job modding a martial arts forum, he's a braver man than me.

And I know Newtons three laws of motion and Einsteins theory of relativity but it doesn't make me a Rocket scientist.

    So let be fake !
    we know that :

when we experience breathing techniques, we can change our blood PH and our Blood pressure it influence bacteries, diseases, inflammation, heart, brain, and muscles !
    this is real my friend.
if we train this techniques it can be very useful.

im sorry for your discussion behaviuor...
    its soooo bad,
    where is your humility ?!
first step of all exercises are behaviuor and frendly speak,
all you can, is just advise your science,
if you know every thing just tell for knowing.
if you think i dont know, its easy, so teach me !
is it all you learn in exercise ? punching and kicking every man who speak and asking ?!
ok, im sorry for my topic,
and all i can learn in this topic is ''Bagginess and assumption'' !

    I concur.

So much bagginess in one thread! It beggars belief. It is an outrage.

    Or I assume so anyway.

    Which DVM?

Currently the level of english and the lack of scientific thinking in your posts, added to the inability of you to name your degree(s) makes me think your lying.

One way that you can test this is to have a "blood pressure monitor" on your upper arm. Keep recording your blood pressure while you are doing your "breathing training" and see if your BP will decrease and remain low and stable.

For example, if your BP pattern is something as (what I had this morning):

    131/87 63
    130/83 65
    112/74 64
    115/72 63
    ...
    109/74 66
    105/73 67

Your breathing skill is on the right track and will have benefit to your "health". I believe there is some scientific proof that "slow breathing with calm mind" can lower your blood pressure.

    one man Speaks English !
    the point that is,
it can influence BP, when we test positive breathing, 25-30 breath/min
we exhale more Co2,and it decresed our Co2 pressure in our blood,so for balancing that, our heart rate decresed, and therefore our BP will decrease and we can feel our body Temperature going low.
it can increase our blood PH to Alkalic , because the nature of Co2 is Acidic.
in this stage we have some tremor in our small muscles, it can be tested, but its dangerous if your breathing rate going up of phase 1 positive breath,(25-30 breath/min).
phase 2 is for intermediate practitioners.

in negative breathing first we decrease our breathing to half our nature breath rate (its about 7-9) ,and then we decrease that to quarter of natural breathing (its about 2-4 breath/min) so we decrease our O2 pressure in blood, the heart for balance, increase heart rate, then increase BP, and your body going warm. the Co2 pressure increase and your blood PH decreased to acidic.

when we use this techniques, and when we calm, and practice to decrease our breathing, Our body can improve, and in this time it can lower our BP, because our body adapt with this situations.

    now whats your idea ?

I owe you nothing but a discourse

Again, what are your ninjutsu qualifications? My default assumption is none
